      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All!! &amp;nbsp;I have heard you can purchase Airline gift cards using the "credit" you get with these cards for "flight incidentals" BUT does anyone know if you can purchase MILES instead of Gift Cards&amp;nbsp;and have it credit as "incidentals"? &amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
