Quicksilver rewards not showing up?

My Cap1 Quicksilver used to post rewards almost realtime, and would even show pending rewards. Now I have a cel phone bill I paid on the 15th, and no rewards are posted or pending for it. I know last month's bill earned rewards, so it can't be a qualified purchase thing. Anyone else notice this?

Yeah I just checked my capital one account, and I couldn't see my rewards anywhere. I thought it was just me, but I guess the website is having some issue right now.

Yes it shows as a purchase made on 9/15. Completed, not pending

You know, that's funny...

I thought i noticed the same thing, but told myself I must be mistaken and that the rewards cash for a few purchases in the period of the past few days had already posted and been redeemed by me. I think it may have missed some of my transactions, too.

Rather than raise an issue with customer service at this point, I plan to wait until the statement cuts and do the math on the net purchases times the 1.5% and see if that matches to the "rewards earned" on the statement. If not, I'll definitely be raising it at that point.

Oh, and for what it's worth, a transaction posted today has earned rewards. So, perhaps it just missed a few days and has picked back up?

I'm also missing cashback for a transaction around 9/15 on my Quicksilver, but it was a small transaction so I haven't bothered reaching out about it yet.

i just checked my CapOne Quicksilver account and in the front of the page it does NOT show any Rewards but when i click Transactions, i see it there, They are probably having some isssues...

Just checked my QS rewards this morning, and I am too missing rewards for 9/16-9/18.

Small transaction amounts, but still...

I'm seeing the same thing. Seems like a system-wide issue that will probably (hopefully) get resolved at some point soon.

I called yesterday and they mentioned a system issue and they hope to have it resolved soon.

I had the same issue and just checked the account and it seems that it is worked out now. The rewards finally posted. It was a bit longer than the 5-7 days they said it would take.

This makes me wonder if they are going to change their system to being a delayed one?
