Chase Move CL and Convert to Siggy?

I have a Freedom card that was opened in July with a $500 limit and a Slate card that was opened in August with a $5000 limit. I'm wondering if I'd be able to transfer 4500 of my Slate CL to my Freedom making it a 5k limit and then convert it into a Visa Siggy. Will chase allow any of this to happen with the cards being so new?

Is it guaranteed that you will get visa sig if you transfer to 5k limit?I have my freedom that is still platinum and have CL > 5k . I never really thought it was that important since i had CSP that was already an sig. Just curious to see

you just need to send them a secure message and they will do it.the upgrade to signature is not a guarantee though

Thats part of what I'm trying to figure out. I don't know if 5K limit is auto siggy if you ask for it. Would be nice. Either way, I'll still probably transfer my slate limit to my Freedom for rewards earning. I PIF anyway so I don't really need a BT card. I really just got it for UTL padding since I was pre-approved. This of course was before I got my 25K NASA

IIRC, Chase will want 12 mos for upgrade requests to siggy.

Just curious, why did you app for Chase Slate if you didn't need to do a BT?

Something Chase will NOT let you do is to Transfer the $500 credit limit of the Freedom to the Slate for Consolidation.......But the other way around they might let you do but i think you have to wait 12 months to get their Siggy love...
