I agree with you that Amex has the best site. Easy to navigate, and all the info about rewards points is right there.

Cap1 is alright.

1st Financial Bank USA (1fbusa.com) is bad, but so is the company in general. It takes them forever to update with new charges, and you're not allowed to pay more than $999 online, and you're also not allowed to pay more than your "statement balance", and your "statement balance" is always less than your actual balance, sometimes by a penny. It's also $9 to pay online.

Ok, of all my cards, the best site as far as information, layout and easy navigation has to be AMEX. It's loaded with great graphics, colorful, easy to use.

The worst, to me is Nordstrom. It's so blah! No color, just numbers and you can't even see how many points you've accumulated - you have to wait to receive your statement, even though I pay online! It's just dull.

Even though I don't have a CapOne card (and prob won't), their site is nice. Discover isn't that great, either.

My favorite site for everything, not just CC's, is USAA. Everything is right there, all my charges listed in posting order, very straightforward, pending charges at the top, and so forth.

PenFed's site is a mess for figuring out what's going on with your CC. Everything else is fine, but the site, whew.

Glad you like the AmEx site! It's very pretty, I agree, but I don't know how many times I've tried to get back to a page that I saw five minutes before, and for the life of me, I can't figure where it was or how I got to it. IMO, there's a lot of duplication. I've figured out where my main pages are, and I don't venture beyond them without a trail of string. (Give me a couple of years to get used to it.)

HSBC/ Best Buy is a mess. Chase, Citi, and BofA are fine. Barclays (Barnes and Noble) is easy to get around, probably because that eensie credit limit doesn't take up a lot of space.

For me, Amex and FIA have the best sites

BoA, Chase and Discover are good

CITI needs to improve

Macy's is awful
