I was wondering that, there may be another link (don't know why they would have a promo with the old set of cards and not the new). Just "borrowed" the link from Flyertalk from the Blue Cash section.

No. Keep trying until someone gets fired. In fact, don't stop until the utter sense of satisfaction has been achieved. The customer reigns supreme and is always right ...I'd even go further to demand it at all costs!
