From my experience, it is limited to the primary account holder and the active primary Householder card member. See here on their website. Unless it has changed and they haven't updated their website, I believe this still holds true.

Not true. We have two cards for the same family all spendings go to the same account. Both get same rewards.

I also have a business CC with the same Costco # and I get same reward too. But it is a separate account.

The above is part of the statement of the Citi Costco card. One family member does all the Costco purchases, and another one uses the card for gas. All spending earn the same rates of rewards.

Do not trust some of the credit "expert".

That's interesting. How do you distinguish between the primary and active primary Household Cardholder? Aren't they the same thing?
