topic Question about not having a score on Experian in Understanding FICO® Scoring

I don't have a score on Experian yet, won't know if I have one on Transunion until sometime around Christmas. I know it takes some time for accounts to cause a score. I have the same accounts reporting on all three CRAs but only have a score on Equifax as on right now. Baddies are basically the same except for Experian. It has 2 that total a bit over 10 grand. Does the available credit have to be over the amount of the debts to get a score? I haven't been able to find out one way or the other.
