I'm in the process of rebuilding. 2 years ago I had 25 derogs totalling about $45K. Yesterday my last derog updated to zero balance. It's a nice feeling. I have about 15 months until my last derog falls off, but 90% will be off with in 10 months. Many 120s... So, I have 4 cards with about $5.5K in CL. I only carry about 5% UTI month to month on my open accounts. I had an old Juniper card that was showing a balance of $2450 against a limit of $1750. It was pushing my UTI up crazy, it was only 3 months ago that I only had $3K and 1 card (Secured). As soon as it triggered over the course of 24 hours all 3 CBs pinged me on Myfico as having updated. I went up anywhere from 23 to 35 points on Fico, I am between 612 and 616. I also have memberships to all 3 CBs. EX and EQ are within a couple points. TU with their VS3.0 went from 591 to 583. But my TU Fico had the biggest jump of 35 points.
