Your utilization is still too high. Ideally it should be less than 10%. When you get it under 50%, it should start to move. Once you get it up under 30% there should be some real change. It seems the sweet spot for a high FICO score is around 1% of your credit limit.

Utilization may have lowered a bracket, but neither bracket you've been in in that time frame is "good". Under 9% is good, over 50% is going to hurt -- there are other milestones, but it sounds like a lot of movement is needed to get there.

2. The difference between 13 and 11 inquiries is not likely to be significant. They're likely the same risk 'bucket'. Under 10 may be better, under 5 certainly would be.

4. Your average age of accounts did not change. 4 years X months is the same as 4 years Y months. "4 years" is all they're really counting.

I would not have been surprised by a point or two increase with months of on time payments, but I'm also not surprised with no +/- considering that nothing really changed either.

1 missed payment hurts for 2 years and can have the effect of wiping out other gains while it ages off. Have you tried goodwill letters there? Do you have any other derogatories reporting?

I would also think it depends on individual utilization on cards. If you have any close to maxxed out or above 80% that is going to hurt even if you did add another card to offset the utilization. If you have cards that have high balances try paying them down to about 49% and see if your score changes. Adding cards to help over all utililization not only lowers your AAoA and adds inquiries it does nothing to help the ding you get from having indiviual cards close to max territory or very high utilization.
