    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently paid my balance on my Wayfair card.&amp;nbsp; Obviously, this lowered my overall utilization yet my score dropped 11 points on Experian.&amp;nbsp; Why? I have small balances on other cards so it's not like I have 0% utilization.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
