Experian Fico score up 43 points

My Experian Fico score went up 43 points on the 15th of this month. I checked all information, and the only change I saw was that a collection had been deleted. Now, this was a PIF collection that I paid 2 and a half years ago. I did not write a goodwill letter, nothing to try to get rid of it, but it is gone. I know that it is supposed to be there for 7 years.

Do you all think I should be excited and grateful about this, or do you think that it will pop up again next month? I am TRYING not to be too excited about this. What do you all think?

Some delete after 2, 2 1/2 years, you should be happy.

I do not think it's coming back

It was with dish network, but I am not sure of the company it was sent to in collections.
