Strange listing

I need your help I just got a copy of my credit report and as expect my high utility is what is causing my score to be low. I have three different scores 559, 615 and 638. But my concern is an item listed on my report that I have no knowledge of. I thought it was my FAU arrears but that is not the case. Maybe because I have been paying FAU in small sums over the last year it was never reported dont know. How can I check this unknow figure and get rid of it. How can I chase its origin and know what it is? It is really messing up my credit its the reason I have the 559 score. PLease help

Dispute it as "not mine" or "no knowledge of account"

Who do I dispute it to and what is the procedure?

Dispute it with whatever CRAs are listing it. You should see instructions at the bottom of your reports.
