CRA Update of new accounts

Anyone's help would be most grateful

I have spoke to orchard and they state that they have notified the CRA's by the last day of March.

That was all they could tell me, but when i looked today it is not on my CR.

Anyone have any ideas wither the CRA take a couple of days or maybe Orchard is pulling my Leg.

I haven't gotten very good service since my first application.

Chuck it could take them a few days to compile the updates. I'd say give it a week.

Or a month...Orchard (all HSBC cards for that matter) can vary GREATLY on reporting times on the CRAs, and between the CRAs. Earlier this year many of us were waiting up to 3 months for Orchard updates, although last month it seemed to get better again....

These people lie and BS way to much

I can wait till my credit is going to get better

Has anyone recived an updated Cr this month from Orchard.

I know they probily lied, but they told me that it was sent by the last day of the month, but couldnt tell me when it would hit.

They were probably telling you the truth. Most HSBC accounts (including Orchard) report on the last business day of each month. After they report, it will take the CRAs a few days to update, generally within a week or so, but every now and then a glitch or hiccup of some sort may delay it.

Since they most likely just reported two days ago, give it a few more days, and don't be surprised if it takes another week or so. All creditor updates to CRAs work this way; it has nothing to do with Orchard or HSBC in particular.
