      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Except for promotional INQ's - They can see/get EVERYTHING &lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;They can however display this data in a different ways- or not at all &lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;they can get scores, they can choose (sometimes must) get just name, address and phone numbers. &lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
