Just did that and it appears to only be affecting Equifax. The other reports show the balances, payments ect. Just Equifax shows everything as $0 balances and no useage.

@jsmata1977, I had a similar issue with Equifax only not reporting the right credit limit for a card on my report. I called them and did the dispute over the phone, along with a few other issues, like old addresses. They fixed most of it within 48 hours.

They'll be getting another call from me this week. I got a small credit union loan. Of course the minute it hit my bank, it was reported and my EQ score dropped 37 points. But since I've made payments on the loan, which should start nudging my score up again, nothing further is showing up on my report and the full balance is still showing as the balance due. I'm going to have to file another dispute to get the proper loan balance reported. It's ridiculous.

The whole credit system is such a giant cesspool. I can't even get scores on EX and TU because they don't see my old credit history and only recognize my most recent card. I'm sure once I do get scores, they'll be really low for having a short history.

My score dropped by nearly 200 points. I don't know why adding a new tiny loan of $1,000 would negate my old credit history, but that seems to have triggered it. I'm down from good credit to below subprime now. I give up.

There are 8 accounts being reported on his Equifax, most of them are used monthly. The ones that are active, the date of last activity is way off. Some off by a several months, other are showing the last activity in 2022. Yes there are many accounts not reporting on Equifax but are on the other two.

@jsmata1977 Thank you for your response. Is there anything in common with the ones that are not showing? A couple of possible examples when the acount was opened you lived on main st now you live on oak st. If so update the address with those creditors. Are any of the accounts that are not showing been paid off and closed if so is that date around 7 years ago. If so that is normal for those types of accounts to fall off the credit report. Is the name on the account different than the name(s) that shows on that shows on the credit report?

Now that I have asked the all the questions here is the reason(s) for my asking. The credit bureau(s) what I call profile(s). Many consumers may have more than one profile. If I lived on Main st I would have a profile for all the credit I obtained on Main st. When I moved to Oak St there would be another profile created for credit for me on Oak st. There is a way to combine the two profiles use your current address and you previous address on a credit application. This tells the credit bureau that you the same person at both addresses. The other way is to call the creditor and have your address on file updated to the current address. The creditor will start reporting your credit under the correct address the credit would be under the correct profile. The question regarding the name is for this reason. For example a consumer is named Alexander William Jones. The consumer has applied ans received credit with the name Alexander and Alex Jones. The consumer also applied for and received credit by William Jones. When a consumer asks for their credit report. The credit bureau does not use only the SSN it uses name address previous address age and SSN for many reasons. The credit under William Jones most likely will not show in a credit report requested by Alexander Jones . Why? William is not his first name. These are some suggestions as to where to look to find what is causing the problem. I hope this helps.
