MyFico is showing my four wheeler loan as included in bankruptcy on the Equifax tab with a red mark. I've contacted Equifax directly (and logged into MyEquifax) and it is showing the account as pays as agreed. Equifax states they can't do anything because MyFICO is a 3rd party and MyFico is telling me to dispute. Please help!

Get your report from annualcreditreport.com. If it shows correct there, then I wouldn't worry about myFico, lenders are not getting scores or reports from there.

I agree with @FlaDude that you need to see what's in your actual EQ credit report, and if it's correct there, don't worry about what MyFICO says.
