    <description>&lt;P&gt;Banks differ widely on clis. I don't think the subprimes usually go big on clis, but neither does Capone or usb, in my experience. On the other hand, amex has always come through for me. I don't put a lot of spend on any of them. I got a&amp;nbsp; $2000 qs 20 months ago, it's at $3200 today. I got a $6000 bce 16 months ago, it's at $27,000.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
