Can someone share with me their expericences? My 2 newest accounts are going to turn a year old in may. They are secured personal loans. I am curious if I can expect any increase after their birthdays. I know each month my AAoA(4years right now) gets higher, but is there any magic line after 1 year?

Age, low utilization, and on-time payments will always help your score.

I app'd for and received about 4-5 CCs in Sept. '07. This past August/Sept. I received about a 20 point across 2 CRAs and about 15 points on the other. All info was the same on my reports and had to attribute it to the accounts turning 1 y.o.

ETA...the age does impact the score (other than AAoA) beyond the 1 yr mark. I don't think you'll see a bump every year, but fellow forumer psychic saw a decent bump when his oldest turned 30 yrs old, I believe.
Message Edited by llecs on 03-23-2009 12:51 PM
