If the LO can only pull equifax then he/she can only see the equifax report and score. They will not be able to see either your EX or TU report or score if they are frozen. Generally for a mortgage all three reports and scores are pulled. I am not aware of any exceptions to this. You will have to unfreeze your reports if you would like a mortgage.

Good luck

Can a LO see my score if I have a security freeze on my reports like TU?

I am having a hard time removing it, so I was wondering if a LO pulls all three will THEY be able to see regardless?

Thanks

K

Your loan officer will not be able to pull your credit. It is my understanding that the only people who can pull your credit (soft only) with a security freeze in place are companies you have a current account with.

According to the EQ reps, you can unlock it online when you know someone will pull a report, then lock it back up. I actually signed up for this today. I can't afford to lose any points, I don't even want to take a chance.....
