    <description>I had a collection account from Cavalry Portfolio Services.&lt;BR /&gt;Over the course of the last 20 months, they have had Inquiry on my credit 6 times, including twice in a 5 day span.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have since settled this account in full and the collection is/will be closed.&lt;BR /&gt;Is there anyway to get these INQ's deleted from my report?&lt;BR /&gt;They only INQ from TU....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;THANKS in Advance....</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;The CA had PP to pull the Inqs. You could kindly ask them to remove but they are not required to.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>I guess I don't understand WHY they would have PP to pull these though?&lt;BR /&gt;I had been a a payment plan with them.&lt;BR /&gt;Been making consistent payments for 4 years on a $10k debt.&lt;BR /&gt;Now I made a lump sum settlement to get the account closed etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It just doesn't make any sense to me as to WHY they would even need to pull my report.&lt;BR /&gt;Or is it just to be jerks?</description>
