EQ is unbelieveable

After pulling my EX reporting and noticing an item that Ex took off after I called. Well to pu **bleep** nicely EX are a bunch of idiots who live for making people's lives hard. The will NOT remove anything nor will they verifiy my account correctly . Can anyone provide any suggestions (btw, the collections company WILL not work with me)?

Me and my husband have both disputed with EX online and had great results. Actually, they got one of my husbands collections which was unpaid - removed. It is a pretty user friendly system. Almost all of his baddies are gone - while we are still struggling with the other two. We both have raised our score at least 60 points in the last 4 months.
