Do you know your EX score or EQ? For Example Amex Pulls EX so if your EX is higher you might had a good chance getting one of those cards. Citi pulled EQ for me so a higher EQ score could be good if you can find out which cards pull which. Barclays pull TU. Credit score alone doesn't tell your Credit History and if you have no dings you might still get approved.

TU was the only reporting agency on creditkarma.com. They said that the other two agencies would not release my files. I actually reached a live person at experian yesterday and they are sending me the credit report. MY TU score was docked because i don't have enough active credit lines. This affects me greatly right now.

Sucks.

I'm sure your score is higher also. You can buy your score here or simply apply for the DiscoverIT card or one of the other Discover cards. There are advertisements for the Discover card on this site & on CreditKarma. It's one of the cards shown at the top of this posts. Click show all cards or show cash back cards and apply (if you don't want to pay for your score).

Pesonally, I'd just apply for the card. It looks like you haven't applied for credit in a while and I don't think one hard pull will hurt you that much.

I talked with experian today and they did not have my 30 years wells fargo cc reporting. it showed a dispute which i told the guy i never placed so he made sure that it will show up as of tomorrow morning. There were 9 reporting accounts even though they all were closed. He said that after ten years they don't show past accounts. That literally wiped 20 additonal perfect pays dating back three plus decades. He also noted my credit is perfect and is sending my my experian score in the mail for free.

I was going to pay credit karma 30 bucks for two scores. He also said he had no idea why my credit score would not be released from them to credit karma. So, i am going to get TU from TU and Exquifax also to see what it looks like there. As you say, Credit Karma looks to be way off. I will see what i can find out and apply for a few more cards. I have paid my wells down to 22% usage tonight.

Thanks much!
