How accurate are the scores I see here on myfico.com?

These are you accurate fico scores. However you need the previous version for mortgage pulls, and some creditors will use auto enhanced, bqnk card enhanced or some other proprietary model as well. With any full set of score pulls you get a bunch of other models, however only the 08 versions will update.

They are the real deal, the only thing is, sometimes it takes a while for them to update.

Do all the scores update when the FICO 8 score changes? I need to monitor the FICO scores for mortage.

No, only the Fico 8 updates. You will need to buy new reports to see an updated mortgage score.
