Can someone answer???

I have been working hard to bring down my debt as I am buying a condo. So obviously I have been watching my three scores closely, all of my alerts have been from decreasing utlization and decreasing amounts owed. Yet last week in all of the plus's all of a sudden my Experian score went dow by 7 points. Can someone give me a clue as to why it would do so when amounts owed are going down?

Did you pay any loans off? Without having a clear picture of your tradelines it's hard to answer your question. Which accts are reporting and did anything get paid off?

OP- there are so many factors that can come into play with your question. For example, i got a fico alert from TU stating total bankcard balances has changed, it decreased a few thousand and I lost 6 points.

But maybe a new account hit my reports, and lowered my aaoa?
