My best guess is he wants to know what score on average is needed to get different cards, but I too am mystified by this question.

My guess is "type of score used in general" ... meaning what is a typical range for accepted applicants. Of course, different cards require different credit score ranges ( e.g. Excellent, Very good or good credit required).

Tape CS used on credit card everyone knows is blue cow on moon eating cheese. Makes twice as much sense every time I read it. Help though I'd like. my brain around it will wrap not.

I don't think OP has typoed. It's two different sentences with eachy the same words structurally asking the cow eating cheese.
