They provide multiple versions across the 3 CRAs but, are any of them considered the NG2?

I'm somewhat perplexed by a recent jump in my Eq of over 60 points on Eq8 despite my utilization going from 8-9% to 14% after using a PLOC for a couple weeks before paying it off. In fact, my TU dropped a point and my Ex dropped 12 points!

This link says that NextGen scores are not available ro consumers at myFICO or most anywhere else for that matter:

http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Understanding-FICO-Scoring/The-many-flavors-of-FICO-Editions-versions-and-variations/td-p/1197617

Very few lenders use them.
