i was able to backup and re-enter username and password successfully.... but i certainly didn't expect to have to put in my social on a discussion board.....

That's quite strange Dallas. Maybe we can get Kalin or Mike to comment on this, I've never seen it.

I've never seen that, either. Were you loggin in to your FICO account and accessing the forums from there? Or were you logging directly into the forums?
