User Name Restoration and Stats

I have been a member of MyFico since 3-23-2014. Early this years there was some kind of "glitch," and I was told by a representative of MyFico that I would have to start all over and create a new account, which I begrudgenly did. My new name was IncrsCreditScore1. Recently that name was changed to my original name of IncrsCreditScore. Now when I click on IncrsCreditScore the following comes up:

Also, my old avatar shows up, but it would not paste to this message. Does this mean if my name is changed back to IncraCreditScore1, all of my old stats will be shown As you can see the date of this particular reply to a message was 2-23-2018. And wondering if the numbers above include the stats since I had to create a new account. This is just so weird.

Have some additional info to post. Found that I had to recreate the new account on 3-21-18 as shown below with the stats for the account.

@IncrsCreditScore I moved your post from the Garden Club thread into a new one in the myFICO Forums Technical help section (along with @tcbofade's reply which would have been weird out of context). I didn't want it to get buried in the Garden thread which will be locked tonight anyway, and hope that you'll be able to get some help with your issue. Feel free to edit the title as necessary.

I see 03-21-2018 for you when I click on your name and user ID 1026040. On the screen where you are seeing those stats, are you clicking from an old message when you had that name before by chance?

At-a-glance everything seems to be in order... your user names were switched as you requested back on 6/18, and the posts you made under the old ID are still on the forum and are showing up under 'IncrsCreditScore1'.

I am hoping that all of my stats can be transferred and added to my current account.

I don't understand what the glitch was that caused me to have to create another account. Although, one day recently when I tried to log in, I received a message that basically said I was not recognized and would have to create a new account. I did not want to go through that again so just closed everything out. When I tried logging in a bit later, I was able to log in.

Unfortunately at this time stats and posts cannot be moved from one account to another.

Thanks, GDale6. Darn it! I was hoping that with some of the fairly recent changes, this could now be done. Shoot!
