If Im curious and want to pull an early report by paying, will it change the “next available report date” to the date i paid to pull it early?

It doesn't. The pull date will stay the same.

It did not change my dates either. I pulled all 3 from one of my sites for $9.95 2 weeks early just recently (jan 4th), and still got my normal monthly report just yesterday.
