Can't quote other posts

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or maybe I have to do something in my settings to activate this feature when I go to reply to another user's post. It says that I'm replying to the user but the actually quote doesn't come up. Its like I'm making my regular post.
Also I can't @ anyone when replying to a post, the link doesn't come up next to the person's username

If either not these issues can be fixed, I'd really appreciate it, thanks

Hi @Fated4Credit, to quote a post you'll need to tap the 'quote' button before typing your reply. If you're using a mobile browser you'll need to change to the desktop site to see the button.

As for the @mention, that will be activated for you once you're at the rank of 'Senior Contributor' or higher.
