Adding signature

I should be able to add a signature, but don't see the option to add it in 'My Settings'

Am I missing it somehow? Or is my account not enabled for it?

Under your settings, under "personal" tab (on top row) select "personal information" tab on second row... If eligible, there should be a signature box where you can enter singnature info.
