I have a Midland item on my TU and EQ reports that are due to fall off in May. They reported that my last payment was on 09/2006, but I have never made any payments to them. I'm in the process of getting a job that will probably pull my CRs very soon, so I'm inclined to dispute the item for re-aging. Has anybody had any luck disputing a Midland account through the CRAs?

Thanks.

Thanks. But I was hoping to get it out of my CRs sooner because of my potential new employer might do a credit check in the next week or 2. What about disputing online with TU and EQ and also sending a DV?
