MOV Sample Letter- 2nd request to CRA

i compiled a few sample letters i saw from here into one to make this. i sent this to experian after they sent me generic response to a previous MOV i sent to them. i hope this helps someone.

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request as authorized by the FCRA § 611(a)(7).
I disputed the validity of the following account and requested verification:

(name of acct and acct number)

This letter is to inform (CRA) that you are not in compliance with my request for your Method of Verification (MOV) for the above referenced account number and "creditor" listed on my credit report. This is now my 2nd attempt at obtaining your MOV for this account. If (CRA) is unable or unwilling to provide the verification information, then this account MUST be removed from my credit file.

It is YOUR obligation to contact the creditor and verify validity of this alleged debt. This matter may proceed in a court of law to obtain a judgment against (CRA) for willful non-compliance under FCRA § 616 if my request is once again disregarded.

This matter can be rectified simply by you either providing me with the verification information I am legally entitled to, or remove the account from my credit report if no such information exists.

In your Investigative Results- Report # (xxxxxxxxxx) reflects “Completed investigation of FCRA dispute”. I am requesting that (CRA) provide me with a description of the EXACT procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information disputed.

Please include the manner in which the information was provided including the name, address, and telephone number of the person or business contacted. Forward me the results of your re-investigation along with an updated credit report.
I would appreciate your prompt response to these issues.

In what situation would you utilize a "MOV"?
I am collecting letters as I am on a mission to up those scores!
