In General, Because I know everyone and everything is different,

How many points can I count on getting back after each of the inquiries fall off ? Both hard and soft...

soft - 0

hard - tough to say. My experience has been between 2 and 4.

Soft don't count. Roughly... Hard inqs. Won't effect until you get down to your last few. If your scores are very high 10-20. If you scores are in the middle 5-10. If your scores are low 2-4... each.

My Fico just jumped 11 points yesterday. When I looked into it, I believe it's becasue a bunch of inquiries made in 2006 for CC's, and mortgage refinance loans came off of my report. They had hit the 2 year mark. Score went from 781 to 792. Nothing else in my report had changed at all, except the inquiries coming off.
