Hi,

I ordered my scores on Apr. 7th. I made immediate payments to get things paid (I want to get my financial house in order). Well, I recieved my statement for credit cards and they closed with well under 10% utilization, and I paid a collection account that appeared as revolving. Should I rerun the scores now to see how it changed *I am very anxious* or should I wait one full month until May 7th.

I haven't purchased score watch yet. I just ordered the 3 credit scores. What is the best way to monitor my credit. Please advice - I NEED all the advice and encouragement I can get

481 EQ (ouch)

496 TU (ouch)

542 EX (interesting)

I would wait a month...generally CC companies update with the CRAs once a month, and there's no telling when that is. Generally it's when your monthly statement cuts, but that's not universal.

i think most of us use score watch, expecially with the 25% off. you can buy quarterly to get your TU score, then cancel. Ends up costing like $4 after the discount?

paying that CA is a good thing - but it will still show as a CA (a baddie). Try GWing it.

I can understand your anxiety to see your new scores - but it does take time for the CC companies to report.

When you say you ordered your acores on April 7, I assume you mean through MyFico.com?
