      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Closing around June 15th. We&amp;nbsp;need to upgrade some of our&amp;nbsp;"stuff".&amp;nbsp; We're moving from a 3br 1500sq'&amp;nbsp; apartment to a 4br 2300 sq' house.&amp;nbsp; Mortgage, taxes will be less then rent.&amp;nbsp; What is the best way to finance furniture, a credit card, personal loan, store credit?&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance for any advice.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;TU-706&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;EQ-670&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;EX-636&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;i'd wait until i could pay cash for it.&amp;nbsp; if you're saving on not paying rent, it shouldn't take too terribly long.&amp;nbsp; i would&amp;nbsp;think paying interest on furniture would suck.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;besides, it gives you time to really think about what you want for your house.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;congrats on the house!&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I just bought a house and what i did is looked for a card that had 0%.&amp;nbsp; Now also make sure you read the fine print in there.&amp;nbsp; I finally found a card that is 0% interest for 1 year.&amp;nbsp; Now i cannot be late on any of my payments.&amp;nbsp;If i do then i am looking to pay about 25% on interest.&amp;nbsp; Look around for those 0%.&amp;nbsp; Also if you are looking for washer/dyrer look for the no interest/ no payment for 12 months.&amp;nbsp; Home depot and lowes has them.&amp;nbsp; But remember you need to pay them before the 12 months is up or all the interest is added in.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;stang&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
