I just tried to log in and it said *there are a list of banned isp addresses and I'm one of them*

What's up with that?

No way! I have been a subscriber since January 08 and have been pulling my reports about once a week without any issues. I know this product is TU based, sounds like they might be pulling a TC fast one. This is the first time I have heard of a banishment at ID Protection. How often are you yanking your reports?
