    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Studio,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The score you most need to worry about is your middle score. Your low score isn't very good - if you don't have other factors to offset it (large reserves, excellent debt to income ratio etc). Your middle score, however, might be much higher and in the range for prime mortgage loans.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;You should find out what that score is and if you can, you need to get your balances to report at ultra low levels on your credit card accounts (and then on only a card or two) to maximize your score before your loan goes through.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hello all,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Im trying to figure out why both of these scores are so different on my credit reports.&amp;nbsp; Using TrueCredit my lowest score is a 523 EQ and using myfico my lowest score is showing 589EQ.......66 point difference on the same report doesnt make sense??&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Anyone have any answers......Im worried because we were approved for a home loan back in April and decided to go with a new construction which closing wont be until Oct&amp;nbsp;so the&amp;nbsp;numbers have to be reran on my credit in Sept.&amp;nbsp; The scores are worry me not knowing which one they will be looking at?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>The scores you get from True Credit are not FICO scores, they are what's called here "fako" scores.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Most lenders will pull FICO scores, there are credit card enhanced FICOS and auto enhanced FICOs also.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Read Credit Scoring 101 stickied at the top</description>
