Experian won't budge!!

I have been back-n-forth with Experian, I have sent them letters I finally received from collection agency stating my account couldn't be found and they are still on my report stating verified. TransUnion removed 2 of them I have one more to dispute with them so I wrote another letter today and Equifax hasn't removed the collection either. I have sent out letters again with the letters I got from the collection agencies. This is soooo frustrating.

I feel your pain. Experian is the only one still reporting a Judgement that Equifax and TU removed... Good Luck!!

Getting close to a ITS letter.

IMO-

1 dispute, 1 follow-up with documentation, then ITS.

3 strikes and your out CRA's.

I have been having major problems with Experian as well..2 actually!

I just got one item fixed after a year and the oc's help..the oc had to contact there experian subscriber as although the oc was trying to correct it it was pointing somewhere else. Mind that makes no sense as Experian had kept telling me it was being verified everytime by the oc when they were disputing it and they were doing no such thing.

My advice is keep trying..after al its all we can do..mind Experian does seem to be the worst by far to deal with!

Let us know how the ITS works as that will be next for me with them as well .
