asset acceptance llc soft pulling

Asset acceptance is soft pulling me ever 2-3 months. i have no collections, only lates are from the time share (who dont know what they are doing and wont change), newest one is 2 years 3 months. Only other baddie is a MBNA/BOA credit card "Paid in settlement/Never late." due to fall off between july and sept 2008, depending the CRA. Any one esle getting this?

They need Permissable Purpose to access your report.

Asset Acceptance actually hard pulls me and I do not have a collection with them anymore. They were removed because it was a fruadulant account.

mine are soft pulls do they need pp for soft? And I don't have any collections at all (anymore) on my report. no about 8 or 9 years ago....
