On TU, which are the hard pulls, the "Regular Inquiries" or "Account Review Inquiries"?

Regular inquiries are hard.

Account review inquiries are always soft.

Is it normal to have inquiries from my bank? Well, actually they are from Compass Bankcard. It's strange b/c DH and I applied for a Visa through Compass this year, but there are 2 inqs. However, we have never applied before and there are the same 2 inqs. listed in Feb. 2007, totalling 4. I know that the 2007 ones are no longer affecting FICO score, but what gives?

Did you open a checking or savings account with them in Feb 2007? Some banks pull hard inquiries when you open deposit accounts with them.

YES!! That's it. I forgot about our joint savings account. This is actually DH's report. It's weird b/c he has 2 inqs for the savings and 2 inqs for the joint cc account, and I have none.
