I noticed EQ has put a Fraud Alert on my CC without my permission can they do this an if i apply for credit in the future what will happen with this on my report. I recently disputed some inquiries that i didn't no about maybe that's why.

That could do it. You may also want to check TU and EX for an FA.

Yes-

EQ and EX will require a FA to dispute INQ's

The FA will require creditors to verify your identity prior to extending credit to you.
