      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have $0 CCs, then I'd start with one, let that report, recheck FICOs, then go for the second. Lather, rinse and repeat for the third.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not heard anything good about MB. I'd go for a BofA secured, Citibank, or go with your local bank or CU. And yes, if you can squeak $1000, then it is better. You can control your utilization a little better and you'll likely be approved for higher CLs in the future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
