I hava a judgement showing up only on equifax, shouldn't public records show up on all 3 bureaus????????? any reasoning behind this. I have settled the debt back in 03 but for some reason it still shows on my EQ.

only if they report to all three bureaus.

Correct.

And I suggest doing disputes about them, because they have been known to 'show up' on the other reports!

Be thankful that it isn't reported to all 3 CBs. Creditors can report to 1 or all 3 CBs
