i have a hard inq. on my cr from me /tu interactive. this appears to be a problem with a tu interactive subscriber, Credit Karma, anybody have luck w/ removal of this illegal entry?

I know it is used by Credit Karma. They had a glitch in the system that caused this. I sent them an email and they responded that the error should be corrected by 10/10/08. He said only 1% of the customers were affected by this glitch and no blame should be laid.

I emailed them back and let them know the error still occured(yes, I pulled CK again and got a ding) on 10/11/08. Let them know I do not blame any body, I just want the inquiries off my report and my score returned to what it was before the glitch. I have lost 6 points in 3 days.

Yep, even if I am really in--at least until I get my arms around the huge "business killer" that was just created.
