hsbc not updating???

I havent had an update from hsbc or orchard bank since April. Anyone else having these issues with them?

Call them and ask why they are not reporting.

Same boat here.

They normally update the last Thursday of every month. Last reported 4/30/07
If you call please let everyone know.

My HSBC both say as of April -07. I happened to talk to a representative at Orchard, and he said that they do update monthly, but sometimes the bureaus don't reflect the updates until 30 days thereafter. He mentioned that if a possible lender needed up to date info, then they would glad fax it to them.... Not helpful in this situation...

They reported 4/30 updated on all 3 CRA's by 5/8.
I bet something is up that nobody is talking about.

I just checked my hsbc and my is still reflecting 4/07 as well. They need to update as I have paid off $150 of that card.

I feel your pain - Paid mine down to $15
I am also waiting for a new TL from them to report.

I am on hold with them now regarding their reporting. Will update everyone if I get an answer. They must be busy as I have been holding for 5 minutes.

Here is the scoop from Lisa at HSBC......

They report to the CB's and they have up to 60 days to post the payments. She went ahead and sent in another request to have it posted for May. Go figure.....

I would say we call them them and bombard their phone system.

Why would HSBC be any different than any other CC. Anybody have non-HSBC card that is updating faster? I cant imagine why CRAs would be sitting on the updates for HSBC for a month or two...

Wonder what is up with hsbc. I just double checked my EQ and all accounts have reported for May except hsbc.

My daughter has an HSBC through BOA. (Her card is from BOA, but an HSBC). It's being properly reported. Perhaps BOA is taking over HSBC?
