If you are late once by one day will the CCC report it to a CRA?

My guess is that each CCC has a different policy on this and what they actually do may also differ. Does anyone have any guidance on specific CCCs and their willingness to stick it to the customers whenever possible? On the other side, which CCCs bend over backwards for their customers and seldom report lates?
