These people really make it a nightmare just to try & get your information, let alone dispute it!

I spent all day yesterday (12/3) trying to log in to their idiotic website.......it kept telling me either that I hadn't registered, was using the wrong username/password, or that I didn't have the authorization to use their server!

FINALLY, JUST NOW, I was actually able to log in.........only for them to tell me that they couldn't verify my identity, & I would have to snail mail them my report request!!!!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also live in CSC land.

They are the hardest CB to work with. As you wrote, their website is not user friendly. Good luck...
