If the CCC pulls a hard inquiry then it could decrease.

If it would likely lower your utility the points lost from the inquiry would likely be overshadowed by points gained from improved utility.

No gurantee though. Luckily many companies do soft pulls that don't cost points. Perhaps you should ask your creditor if they do a hard or soft pull to help you decide whether to ask for a CLI.

How much of a score increase would you get (if any) if your credit limit was increased from $300 to $500 or $1000.

i have a citi bank with a 3000 limit with only a 52 dollar balance and two other with no balance. So would it be worth the credit increase?

Pappie, from what you have shared, your util is fine. Score-wise, you don't need an increase, you might want one for other purposes or for future purposes though.
