Credit Check Total

Hey everyone! I enrolled in Credit Check Total on 2/4/09 with a month free trial....free trial is over and still no new reports or scores. When I called to cancel the trial, got offered the $9.95/month deal so I told her not to cancel the free trial. I should have gotten the new reports and scores by now right? Is there something I have to do on the website to update it? Thanks!

Hi Dana,

If your free trial is over, then you can click on the "order new report" from the My Credit Center page. There will be a menu box that says, "My credit locker". There will be three options:

View Current Report
View Archived Report
Order New Report (This is the one you want!)

I saw that, but then it says it will cost me $39.95?? If I order it will it change to the $9.95? Thanks!

If it's still saying that, then your trial period isn't over. Once it has concluded, you'll be able to pull for free. When you click on that link, it will tell you that your order is $0.

Call to cancel the free trial, when they offer the $9.95 a month, start a non trial membership then. 1 phone call.

I did cancel the free trial and was offered the $9.95/month 3 weeks ago. I emailed them, maybe I'll call tomorrow. Thanks!

I did the 7 day trial and called in before my 7 days was up to get the $9.95/month. I had to wait until the day after my trial ended before I could pull a new report. I'm sure you're in the same boat.
